We have been hearing some great ideas about how business owners, educators, and families are navigating the restrictions on gathering due to the spread of coronavirus COVID-19. We all know the critical measures like frequent hand-washing, social distancing, and working remotely, but it is going to take much more for us all to thrive through and after the pandemic crisis.

This is a central spot for everyone to share helpful ideas, resources, and links to information with each other through an online discussion on multiple topic areas. Please share what's working for you, and what you've seen others doing, to get through these trying times. Speaking up and sharing just takes a quick registration on this site so we can keep you involved in the conversation. Thanks!

We will continue to compile and share your suggestions from each discussion forum on this page as well as what we receive through emails. Any documents and applications will be in our document library located on this page. We'll also email a growing complete list of what has been shared to all registered users on this site.

Accessing all of these great resources doesn't require registering on this site. Just click one of the category buttons below for the most recent comprehensive list of ideas and links.

Thanks for participating! We are better together...even though we can't gather together in person right now!

Ideas that are working to keep students learning and fed

  • Public school districts are offering meals to all district children under the age of 18. Families need to sign up so contact your district if you aren’t already involved. Most are offering pick-up times and even delivering the meals on bus routes!
  • Many schools are operating “school as usual” with online classes, Zoom group conversations online, and homework assignments. They are challenging students to think outside the box and explore their subjects differently in ways that can’t be done in a normal classroom. Kudos to all of the teachers and administrators working so hard to completely pivot to use new tools to stay connected with their students!
