to the private page for the Introduction to Community Excellence: Reaching Common Goals Faster Program of the Maximize NWMO Regional Learning Collaborative. This is specifically for the participants meeting from April 19 - May 24, 2023, and has has been established solely for your group to access shared documents and video recordings that will be covered within each of the six sessions. As documents and recordings are covered, they will be posted on this pages as outlined below. We've also included an open discussion feature at the bottom of this page for you to communicate with us and each other. Connecting with new friends across the region is a bonus feature of this program.

We are also excited to announce the launch of our 2nd level program, BUILDING STRONG TEAMS FOR COMMUNITY EXCELLENCE, for groups to practice using The Maximize [My Community] Journey Framework in your community with the guidance of program facilitators and mentors in monthly meetings over 12 months starting in September!
