Quickly move your community to CollaborACTION and continuously deepen leadership values, principles, and the entrepreneurial spirit founded in The Journey!

This is the “monarch experience” that can help improve the quality of life in our primarily rural region. Your local community can learn, grow, and expand your opportunities through five milestones with facilitated gatherings, planning and volunteer coordination tools, speakers, coaches, and the customized support of Maximize NWMO’s Navigation Team comprised of partnerships with MU Extension, USDA-RD, MO Department of Economic Development, several educational institutions, and professionals focused on community wealth-building.

Included:

• The introduction to your community's CollaborACTION Story (a.k.a. your Community Profile) is documented first and built upon as your group progresses through The Maximize [My Community] Journey Framework
• Assistance with gathering and writing/publishing/presenting your community’s information
• Community/county-specific in-depth data to support decision-making
• Communications support and a website landing page with interactive public participation tools on MaximizeNWMO.org, such as an idea board, polls, surveys, forums, and a pin map
• Coaching, resources, and technical assistance for your core leadership team through all steps of the process for moving from knowing your story, envisioning a new story, and taking action to create meaningful growth through a new story
• Connection to other communities in the region through the Regional Learning Collaborative
• Connection to other communities around the U.S. through Communities of Excellence 2026
