NCMBF is a nonprofit organization that offers free and confidential business coaching to help any person who aspires to create, expand, or transition a business or social enterprise in the following Missouri counties:
Caldwell
Clinton
Daviess
DeKalb
Grundy
Harrison
What We Do and Who is Involved
Our Board of Directors and a multi-sector Resource Team of community, government, and private business leaders throughout the six-county area meet on a monthly basis to confidentially brainstorm ideas, address questions, and make connections for business owners. Our Business Facilitator also provides intensive one-on-one assistance to entrepreneurs on the principles behind balancing marketing, finance, and product development and positioning.
We love celebrations and educational networking events. We host ribbon cuttings and business celebration events throughout the year and also host a North Missouri Business Expo. The Expo is a one-day experience where entrepreneurs can learn from a variety of experts in business support areas. We love to invite and connect our clients with leading-edge industry leaders and give people in our rural counties the opportunity to connect with each other! This event is typically held every spring at North Central Missouri College in Trenton, MO.
Whether your business is new, new to the area, or simply trying something new to grow, we can help. To date, we have provided free consulting services to approximately 250 new and existing entrepreneurs since March 2016!
